This Sunday we kick off our Summer in the Psalms — and we’re starting at the very beginning. Psalm 1 is the front door to the entire book, and before God teaches us how to worship, He teaches us how to walk.
Here’s what the psalmist wants you to know:
🌊 There are only two paths — and you’re already on one of them
🌳 The righteous are like trees planted by streams — rooted, fruitful, unshaken
💨 The wicked are like chaff — weightless, rootless, blown away
📖 And the difference? What you delight in. What you meditate on. What shapes you.
We’ve never lived more informed and yet felt more spiritually empty. More scrolling. Less meditating. More headlines. Fewer promises of God.
Psalm 1 is calling us back to something better.
