With Us – Week 4

Day 1: God’s Presence in Uncertainty

Scripture: Exodus 3:7-12

Reflection: Reflect on Moses' encounter with God at the burning bush. Despite his past failures and uncertainties, God assured Moses of His presence. Consider the uncertainties in your own life. How does knowing that God is with you change your perspective?

Prayer: Lord, in times of uncertainty, remind me of Your constant presence. Help me to trust in Your plan and find peace in knowing that You are with me every step of the way. Amen.

Day 2: God’s Presence Through Obstacles

Scripture: Exodus 14:13-14

Reflection: When faced with the Red Sea and Pharaoh’s army, Moses told the Israelites to stand firm and see the salvation of the Lord. Reflect on the obstacles you face. How can you stand firm in faith, trusting that God will fight for you?

Prayer: Father, when I face obstacles, help me to stand firm in faith. Remind me that You are fighting for me and that Your presence is my strength. Amen.

Day 3: God’s Presence in Exhaustion

Scripture: Exodus 33:14-15

Reflection: Moses felt exhausted and overwhelmed, yet he sought God’s presence above all else. In your moments of exhaustion, how can you prioritize resting in God’s presence?

Prayer: God, in my weariness, draw me closer to You. Let Your presence be my rest and my refuge. Teach me to rely on You and not on my own strength. Amen.

Day 4: God’s Presence to the End

Scripture: Deuteronomy 31:8

Reflection: As Moses neared the end of his life, he reminded the Israelites that God would go before them and be with them. Reflect on the assurance that God’s presence is with you now and will be with you to the very end.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your promise to never leave or forsake me. As I journey through life, help me to trust in Your faithful presence. Amen.

Day 5: God With Us – Emmanuel

Scripture: Matthew 28:20

Reflection: Jesus’ promise to be with us always echoes God’s promise to Moses. Reflect on the significance of Emmanuel, “God with us,” and how this truth impacts your daily life.

Prayer: Jesus, thank You for being Emmanuel, God with us. Help me to live each day aware of Your presence and empowered by Your Spirit. May I carry Your light into the world. Amen.
